Instructions
Boil the oyster mushrooms in salted water (20 minutes), cool and separate them from the common stem. Place finely chopped garlic and dill on the bottom of an enamel or ceramic dish. Then lay down the first layer of mushrooms, salt it and again sprinkle with garlic and dill. In the same way, tightly pack all the remaining layers. Pour in the water in which the mushrooms were cooked so that it slightly covers the top layer. Place a plate on top and press it with a weight (you can use a jar of water). Put the mushrooms in the refrigerator or another cool place for 2 days. After that, the mushrooms will be ready to eat. Take them out, slice, add mayonnaise and enjoy! We recommend serving with fried potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
