Instructions
Would you like to find a way of salting honey mushrooms that gives you a wonderful winter preserve without much effort? In this article you will learn such a culinary recipe. I came across it in a cookbook. Let's start cooking. It should be noted that for our salting the mushrooms are not sorted by size. The stems must be separated from the caps, cut 1–2 cm thick, mixed with the caps, washed, and lowered into salted boiling water for 20 minutes, counting from the very start of boiling (remember that the mushrooms begin to darken during cooking). Then they are turned out into a sieve, after which they proceed to salting, having first cooled the mushrooms. Various spices (allspice, onion, bay leaf, dill) are placed on the bottom of a pre-prepared container, and then the mushrooms are laid down in a 5 cm layer, and on top of them salt and spices are sprinkled. Several layers of honey mushrooms should be laid in this way. Our layering is finished by placing a weight, a mug and a napkin on top. So we have prepared a tasty dish! Now you can accept a portion of praise from your family and friends for a wonderful salting of honey mushrooms. Bon appetit!
